These terms are implemented from an editable owner-approved text source. Unresolved business identity, service agreement and processor details are launch dependencies in the admin setup and will be finalized before launch.
Our services
Rockstar Engine provides review requests and replies, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI receptionist services for home service businesses and other local businesses. Each service has its own agreed scope. Services can be discussed individually or together.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee Google rankings, specific review ratings, or call outcomes. Customers decide what to write, Google controls its rankings, and AI can make mistakes. We manage the requests, follow-ups, profile work and call flows according to the agreed scope.
Pricing
Pricing is published only after the owner approves the current amount, currency, billing basis, per-location scope where applicable, and any usage allowances. Until then, services are discussed through consultation. We do not inherit amounts or discounts from other configurations.
Your responsibilities
You retain ownership of your business profile and customer relationships. You grant appropriate access and provide accurate business information, approved assets and agreed guidance. Sensitive issues are escalated to you for judgement.
Service agreement
The detailed service agreement, including scope, term and termination, is finalized during setup and pending final legal approval. Final legal business identity will be added once approved.
